VALO Hotel & Work Wellness Area is a modern wellness and sauna complex located in the Ruskeasuo district of Helsinki, offering a variety of experiences focused on relaxation, recovery, and fitness. The wellness area combines Finnish sauna culture, rooftop atmosphere, and modern wellness services in one setting.

The rooftop wellness area includes a steam sauna, traditional saunas, atmospheric log saunas, and a fireplace lounge for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a hot tub, relaxation pool, cold plunge pool, and winter swimming on the rooftop terrace during the colder season. In addition, the area features a versatile gym for exercise and training.

The Wellness Area provides a peaceful environment for both relaxation and active recovery. After 19:30, the area is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. The wellness area is a licensed area, so bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not allowed. Visitors are encouraged to respect other guests and maintain the calm atmosphere of the space.
