Kulttuurisauna

Kulttuurisauna is a public sauna founded in 2013, located by the sea in the Merihaka district of Helsinki. The sauna is wood- and pellet-heated and open year-round. A booking calendar shows available bathing times two weeks in advance.

Kulttuurisauna emphasizes sauna peace: conversations are not allowed on the benches, but are instead held in the changing room, lounge, or by the sea. Silent sauna sessions are held on Friday evenings.

The sauna also has a small café and lounge area where guests can relax after their sauna experience. The nearest parking areas are located in Merihaka, in the parking spaces under the deck near Haapaniemenkatu 11, with paid parking available.
